Any time of day or night, when you need help, you simply press

the Personal Help button worn on a necklace or wristband. Pressing                   

the button activates a small in-home unit, called a Communicator,

which then automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.

 

In about a minute, a Lifeline monitor responds to you.  If you say

you need assistance, your monitor will send appropriate help.

That may mean dispatching an ambulance, calling the fire

department or police.  It may simply mean calling your next

door neighbor who can come over and check on you.

 

Basic Service Package

Includes:  Lifeline unit 6200 and one personal help button.

              $27.25 per month

Basic Features include:

    VOICE COMMUNICATION, a high-output speaker phone

which enables clear, automatic two-way communication

between the Lifeline subscriber and Lifeline Central for

fast appropriate response.

    CLOSED-LOOP PROTOCOL, which alerts the Response

Center staff when help arrives at the subscriber's home and

will alert the Response Center if a responder fails to arrive.

    EXTERNAL ANTENNA, which provides increased personal

help button range for enhanced protection in and around larger

homes and properties.

    AUTOMATIC PULSE / TONE DIALING, which automatically

selects the proper dialing method for the subscriber's home

and eliminates the need for manual pulse/tone switch.

    RSVP REMOTE ANSWERING CAPABILITY, which allows

subscribers to answer incoming calls by merely pressing their

personal help button -- without having to get to the phone.

 

 

Deluxe Service Package

Includes:  Lifeline unit 9000 and one personal help button.

               $36.95 per month

Additional Features Include:

    LIFELINE REMINDERS, which can be used to remind you

to take your medications,  help you remember medical

appointments, keep track of social engagements, follow

doctor's guidelines for diet and exercise, and to remember

important dates.

 

Installation charges:

-Basic Installation (includes registration and set-up) $35.00 one time fee

-If wiring is needed, there may be additional charges for labor and materials.

-Mileage outside of the Benkelman/Wauneta service area is charged at $.65

 per mile one way.
