Residence Line or Business Line- This is your basic line charge it covers everything up to the house/business.
Wiring and Maintenance* - Covers all the wiring from the protector (the box on the side of the house/business) to the phones in the house. This plan covers the cost to replace BWTelcom equipment and inside wiring with no additional cost to subscribers.
*This is the only charge that is optional.
Sub Line Charge - Mandated by the FCC and NECA
Multi Line Charge - Mandated by the FCC and NECA
Dual Party Relay - Mandated charge, goes to the Hard of Hearing
NE Universal Service Fund - State Mandated; it lessens the cost
of providing service to rural areas so there are no disparities in service.
Universal Connectivity Charge - AT & T charge
